few experiences I have had dealing with your people have been nothing but
positive.
I have never had a more stressless and positive experience
buying a car than dealing with Debbie Raiti. Any time I have had a question or
problem I have called Debbie and she has been right on it.
Both Debbie
and Amil kept me informed on the progress of the care my car was receiving. The
loaner car was waiting for me when I got to the dealership so that I literally
walked in and out without spending an hour waiting.
I have been VERY
impressed with your dealership. And I love my Eos

Ellis,
I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime from different
dealerships. In May 2008, when visiting my son in Marietta, I stopped at your dealership, out
of curiosity, to see how the VW Diesel looked.
I have never owned a VW
automobile and really had no serious intention to purchase one. I had read an
article about their fuel economy.
My wife and I were fortunate enough to have
Trenton Draper to greet us. Trenton
informed us that the VW Diesel would not be availabe until the fall of 2008.
However, he explained that the 2008 Gas Jetta was the same car and he would be
glad to show it to us.
He was knowledgable, patient and answered all questions
with authority. At no time was he vague. Trenton
in no way tried to pressure us to purchased a VW. We left your dealership
completely informed and with the feeling that we would eventually owned a VW
Jetta.
After visiting several dealerships in my area (Alabama)
and talking with uninteresting sales personnel, I called Trenton to let him know, if possible, I would
like to purchase the VW Jetta Diesel from your dealership.
Trenton took care of all the details and let
me know when the car was ready to be picked up. If and when I decide to
purchase another VW, I will come to your dealership and also deal with Trenton if he is still
employed. Trenton
did an excellent job in representing your dealership and is a valuable asset to
your organization.

"The whole experience in purchasing the Eos was smooth going, "Thanks" to Mr. Harper. I felt I was talking to a friend and not a saleperson trying to make a sale or commission. Mr. Harper was terrific in answering my questions and offering knowledgable information concerning the car. I had visit other dealerships in search for the car that would met the purpose of life at this point and at these dealerships I visited, the salesperson would give comments on competitors that was not correct or even professional. So you see why I purchased the car from your location it had a lot to do with Mr. Harper. I was giving a loaner car at first since there was a recall on the Eos.
